Here's a family recipe for Healthy Hamburgers:
Ingredients:
1lb. Ground Turkey
1 Medium Carrot (grated)
1 Packet of Chicken Boullion
1 Zucchini (grated)
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 box. Frozen Chopped Spinach (cooked and squeezed dry)
1/4 C. BBQ Sauce (optional)
Just mix all ingredients together and shape into patties. Grill until done.
